Valpolicella Classico Superiore



Wine obtained from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara grape varieties that have been selected and left to rest for a short period of time. The wine is then left for approximately six months in durmast wood barrels.

COLOR: ruby red with reflexes

BOUQUET: fresh red fruits and spices with hints of vanilla. Mellow, well-balanced, persistent and complex

TASTE: red fruits, vanilla and a hint of pepper. Persistently mellow and full-bodied

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: a wine that goes well with the entire meal. It goes well with vegetable soups, braised, roast and stewed meats and cheese.
