Valpolicella Classico


Wine obtained from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara grape varieties. It is a fresh wine that lasts well for two or three years in a bottle.

COLOR: ruby red with reflexes

BOUQUET: fresh red fruits, cherry, sour cherry, blackberry and a light and fairly persistent hint of pepper

TASTE: ready is the cherry of good acidity, dry, well-balanced, fairly persistent.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: a wine that goes well with the entire meal. It goes well with preserved meats and soft cheese varieties, first courses in general, fresh vegetables and white meats.
