COLOR: bright ruby red

BOUQUET: of marmalade and ripe and dried fruit

TASTE: intense, complex, persistent, sweet, velvety, full-bodied.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: it is a meditation wine; it goes well with desserts, in particular with dry pastry and chocolate cakes, and is excellent with matured cheese varieties. Served chilled it is an excellent aperitif.
